1. Controller
Zenilify Consulting, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (“Zenilify Consulting”), domiciled at Zapotecas 527, Col. Ajusco, Alcaldía Coyoacán, C.P. 04300, Ciudad de México, México, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP, in force since 21 March 2025). 2. Data we process
- Contact and identification: name, email, phone, company and role, and the content of your messages.
- Tax and invoicing data (only if we do business together): legal name, RFC, tax regime, tax address, CFDI use.
- Technical data: IP address and browser data processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.
We do not process sensitive personal data. Please don’t send any.
3. Purposes
No consent required (needed for the relationship you request or for legal obligations): answering enquiries, scheduling diagnostic calls and preparing quotes; entering into and performing service contracts; issuing CFDI invoices and meeting tax and accounting obligations; operating and securing this site.
Consent required: sending you information about Zenilify Consulting and Kaizen Lab services, publications or events. To opt out, write to privacidad@zenilify-consulting.com or use the unsubscribe link in each message. Opting out does not affect the services you request.
4. Processors
We rely on providers that process data on our behalf: website hosting and security (Cloudflare), encrypted email (Proton) and accounting services. Where the law requires it, we share data with competent authorities, such as the SAT for CFDI invoices. We never sell or rent personal data.
5. Your rights (ARCO) and withdrawal of consent
You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent. Write to privacidad@zenilify-consulting.com with: your name and a way to reply; a copy of your official ID (or your representative’s, plus proof of representation); a clear description of the right you want to exercise and the data concerned; and, for a rectification, the correction requested. We will reply within the time limits set by the LFPDPPP. You may also turn to the competent data-protection authority (currently Mexico’s Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno).
6. Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies and may produce aggregated, cookieless visit statistics.
7. Changes
Any change will be published on this page, with its date.
